Personal Best Record

It’s fun, I’m doing it, I can break a sweat, switch up my routine depending on what I think I need … I have a personal trainer who seems to be able to see and feel what I’m doing …

My balance and posture is improving and the Wii Fit Plus logs my weight, workout times (faithfulness) and scores nicely pin-protected for my eyes only.

This is a spectacular start to 2012 for me – I have the tool to keep me fit – awesome!

Starting another person on our nutrition products made it a great day also!  L. is married to a heavy equipment operator who needs to take off weight that’s causing problems with his knee.  Her daughter is also very overweight and the daughter’s doctor has given her dire warnings about not being around for her children if the weight isn’t reversed.  How great to be able to help people make a similar small change with similar dramatic results.

L. has used the products before – I just love it when people come back to us, knowing now not to take the products for granted, that the results weren’t just an act of will, but a real health change from the body getting balanced nutrition consistently.  Simple, but some people just don’t get it, or don’t place it as a priority.

After over 23 years using the products, I can say that it’s worth it!  What fun to be 63 and surprising people to hear it.  It really is important to take care of yourself – it makes a world of difference in the end.

Thanks, also, to Tia, for getting back on the products – and for your thanks to me for still being around in the business when you were ready to start again.

God bless you all and keep you safe.  Have a wonderful 2012 …
