Here’s another kind of shake – a upper body toning device, a gadget some would say, but so far it’s pretty great.
Upper body toning is difficult for me to do no matter what. Right now, helping out with a dying relative, I’m in need of any workout! So I grabbed this SHAKE WEIGHT at a local store as a quick way to do something on the road – and hoped it wasn’t something I’d be throwing out.
It’s really great! I think it’s just what I need to firm up the arms and re-strengthen the shoulders without going to a gym. It’s only a six minute workout at one time, easy to handle.
My husband saw the one for guys but he didn’t buy it at the time. Now we’re going back to pick it up. He’s recovered from “frozen shoulder,” but his pitching arm isn’t 100% back.
From what I see, it’d be perfect for computer-bound people and that’s about everyone.
